– A vacant unit on the storefronts’ second floor (availability case-by-case).
– A large, vacant Mexican-style Restaurant with booth seating, bar, and a large industrial kitchen.
– Studio Domme, a dressed studio space adjoining the Mexican Restaurant. Staging divided into 6 set designs with different wallpaper, curtains, seating areas, editorial high fashion styling / interior décor with vintage pieces.
– Studio Leni, currently exterior only. Building interior is under construction, sets coming soon.
